2. COMMUNICATE.
You can shoot us an email, or go to our Etsy store and send a message there. We’ll promptly send you the info you’ll need to decide if we’re a good fit. We can schedule a call if you prefer. We are all about the communication over here.
3. PLACE YOUR ORDER ON ETSY.
You decide we’re a match, so you place your order on Etsy. select the size snowglobe you’d like and place your order on Etsy. We’ll communicate with you mainly over Etsy’s messaging to start the conversation about what we’re going to create together.
4. VIDEO.
We send you instructions about how to take the video footage we need to make a 3D scan of what you want inside the globe. You take the video with your smartphone or use a drone pilot to do it for you, and upload the video to us. There will probably be some back and forth while we work together to get the video for the best scan possible.
5. DESIGN APPROVAL.
We collaborate on design revisions until it’s perfect! We send you visualizations and a video turntable, so you can see all sides of your globe-to-be. Once you sign off on the final design, congratulations! It’s time for us to send to the 3D printer!
6. WE ASSEMBLE & DELIVER AND DONE.
We receive the 3D model from the printer, create the globe, and send to you. We handle the shipping and delivery; you receive your beautiful globe and we both smile.
